Yeah! May second! Wooooohooo! The disappointingly, but also expectedly, hijacked Mayday protests are over, it's been over a year since I've updated this blog, and I'm drunk! Let's talk about what a busy year I've had!
...or not. But hey, I did something, right? RIGHT?! I will argue to the death that Nethack is "something". The Hairy Bikers' new series "The Hairy Bikers' Bakeation" is great, nice to see them back on track...spent the better portion of the last 2 months hating my neighbours, then made peace (again) with them, only to have them renege on our truce mere days ago, so that's....normal...My kids are growing and learning, two completely different personalities that I've got to nurture and care for, as well as my own, and so life's been hectic there to say the least....I've brewed some beer, found a nice combo recipe that allows me to brew two 5 gallon batches for only a few pounds more grain (first run is a bitter, second a....honey wheat? same pale malt grain from the bitter plus some virgin wheat and honey malt....both are excellent!) and I'm rapidly running out of marijuana to smoke. That's life! I really will try to update more often...must be something about the spring air that screams "blog" to me. Also, Troll 2.
